Location, apartment size, fit out and presentation and the very friendly, informative and personal welcome and daily check in to make sure we were doing well. Great food recommendations too.

This apartment is beautiful and in an excellent location for exploring Venice. Cristina met us at the Vaporetto stop and escorted us to the apartment. She was incredibly welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for what to do whilst there.
